Jolimont House is a dining hub that’s reserved for use by Gate 8 Community Members and their guests.

Members, please use the Gate 8 building app to make a reservation, or if you’d prefer to chat through your reservation options, please reach out to our team and we will be in touch (hello@jolimont.house).

Member Booking FAQs

  • Yes, members are welcome to host guests at Jolimont House, as per the guidelines below. Please note that members are responsible for ensuring that their guests follow all House rules and policies, even when the member is not in the company of their guests. Members may be liable for any damages caused by their guests.

    • 1 to 4 guests:
      Members are welcome to host up to 4 guests without a reservation, although please be aware that during very busy times we may have to restrict member/guest access to certain areas.

    • 5 to 12 guests:
      If you're looking to bring a larger group of guests, please make a booking via the building app at least 48 hours prior. Please note that pre-ordered meals may be required at certain times to streamline your experience.

    • 12+ guests:
      If you're looking to host more than 12 guests, there'll be a minimum spend applied to the booking, with set food menus and beverage packages. Our friendly team can help you to organise this.

  • Jolimont House operates as an 18+ venue. Exceptions for babies, toddlers and small children may be made at the discretion of our management team. 

    Please be considerate of other members if you are allowed to bring children and remember that your children are your responsibility at all times when present in the venue.

  • Jolimont House is designed to be a casual, relaxed space. Members and their guests should be mindful of the events they host and how they dress in order to maintain this environment. With this in mind, a neat, casual dress code applies at all times.

    • Smoking & Vaping:
      No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed inside Jolimont House.

    • Pets:
      Pets are not permitted in the facility. 

      'Registered Assistance Dogs' allowed. 

      Please contact Building Management prior to bringing your 'Registered Assistance Dog' to the Facility. 

    • Entering & Leaving JH:
      All members and their guests are asked to respect our nearby residents by being quiet when entering or leaving the House premises, or while in the surrounding area.
