Wrapped around Jolimont House and boasting breath-taking views across the MCG and East Melbourne is the Terrace. This landscaped outdoor space provides a relaxed opportunity to step outside and take in the view. The Terrace is accessible from the Loft, the House and the Conservatory.

Offering space for up to 100 seats facing a speaker or the option of round tables for a sit-down meal, the Conservatory boasts a full bar and kitchen as well as access to the Terrace, presenting an unrivalled opportunity in Melbourne’s entrepreneurial home.
